What is This Recall All About?
Last November, the citizens of Maricopa County voted to give Joe Arpaio another term as their sheriff. He won re-election fair and square. You would think that would be the end of it, right? Wrong.
Less than three weeks after Sheriff Joe was sworn in, pro-amnesty activists launched a massive effort to force a special recall election to remove Arpaio from office. They have pledged to spend as much as $1.3 million to defeat Sheriff Joe.
This recall effort smacks of sour grapes. These radical pro-amnesty activists refuse to accept the expressed will of the voters. They will not rest until Sheriff Joe is destroyed.

The Most Dangerous Threat Sheriff Joe Has Ever Faced...
Sheriff Joe is no stranger to attacks from the Left. Barack Obama and Eric Holder have used the entire weight of the Justice Department to slander Joe as a “racist,” and the ACLU has called defeating Sheriff Joe one of their "top priorities."
But this latest recall election is perhaps the most dangerous threat Sheriff Joe has ever faced. The group that’s organizing the recall effort has announced that it has already collected over 150,000 signatures. They are well on their way to gathering the 335,000 signatures they need in order to trigger this special election.
We must hit back against this attack, and hit back hard. Americans for Sheriff Joe – Against the Recall was formed to oppose these liberal activists any way we can. We are prepared to launch a media blitz that will include television commercials, newspaper ads, and billboards to rally the good citizens of Maricopa County to support America’s Toughest Sheriff.
